COOts is an innovative application designed for the conversion of positional coordinates. It offers users essential data regarding distance and orientation relative to a target, thereby enhancing user actions. Developed in collaboration with the U.S. Army Engineer Headquarters, COOts implements the UTM/MGRS positioning system, which is widely utilized by organizations such as the U.S. Army, NATO, and the Japan Self-Defense Forces (JSDF). The application employs the WGS84 datum for accurate geospatial referencing.
